- 1½ oz. Tequila
- 1 oz. Tattersall Orange Crema
- ¾ oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Simple Syrup or Agave Nectar
Shake over ice, service in a rocks glass rimmed with salt. Garnish with a lime.

- 2 oz. Tattersall Aquavit
- ½ oz. Pure Maple Syrup
- 5 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
Combine in a pint glass, add ice, stir with a pine bough (yup, a real one!) until chilled, pour and serve.

- 1 oz. Tattersall Creme de Fleur
- 4 oz. Sweet Tea
Combine ingredients in a glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge and sip with your feet up.

- 6 oz. Surly Heat Slayer Kölsch (or your light beer of choice)
