Ordering

Can I modify my order?

If your order has not shipped, you can update your shipping address, add/remove items, or cancel your order entirely by calling us at 612-529-2205. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Unless otherwise noted, multiple discount codes cannot be combined and only one code may be applied at checkout.

Help! I forgot to apply a discount code to my order.

Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied after your order has been submitted. If you forgot to add a discount code at checkout, please call 612-529-2205 or email support@greatlakescollection.com to cancel your original order and place a new order using your discount code.

Can I buy now, pay later?

Yes! Shop Pay offers you the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split your purchase into regular payments with Shop Pay Installments. Installments can be used on orders over $50 USD, including discounts, shipping, and taxes.

Fees or penalties

For purchases split into 4 bi-weekly payments, there are no additional charges or interest rates applied. Purchases split into monthly payments may be subject to interest.

You can pay your balance off early without penalty.

There are no late fees. However, partial or late payments may affect your ability to use Shop Pay Installments in the future.

Credit scores and eligibility

Your credit scores aren't impacted if your purchase is split into 4 bi-weekly payments using Shop Pay Installments. If your purchase is split into monthly payments, then your payments may be reported to a credit bureau.
 
To use Shop Pay Installments, your shipping address needs to be in the United States. 

What happens if I return an order that contained a free item?

If any items are returned from an order that included a free item, the discount will be spread across the number of items being returned from the order.

Example:

Order includes:

- Long Sleeve Shirt ($36)

- Winter Beanie ($30)

- Sweatshirt ($64)

- Free Short Sleeve Shirt ($32, reduced to $0)

Order Total: $130.00

If a return is submitted for the order, the refund value for each item will be:

- Long Sleeve Shirt ($28.89)

- Winter Beanie ($24.07)

- Sweatshirt ($51.36)

- Free Short Sleeve Shirt ($25.68)

Refund Total: $130.00

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

Domestic Orders: Orders under $99 are flat rate $6.95 for shipping. Orders $99+ ship free. Expedited shipping is available at checkout

Canadian Orders: All orders are flat rate $30. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

All Other International Orders: All orders are flat rate $35.

When will my order ship?

All apparel orders ship from our warehouse in Minneapolis, MN via USPS within 3-5 business days. Orders containing artwork ship directly from our printing partners and will have a separate tracking number.

We take pride in our quick shipping, so if you need to make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

Why aren't my prints included with the rest of my order?

All artwork ships directly from our printing partners. Artwork will ship separately from other items in your order and will have separate tracking numbers.

Orders containing Landmark Prints, Custom Prints, or Field Guide Prints are made to order. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for printing and processing.

Help! Tracking says my order was delivered but I can't find it!

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it within 72 hours of the expected delivery, follow these steps:

- Verify your shipping address

- Check if there was an attempted delivery

- Look around the delivery location (if in an apartment, double check with the front desk)

- Double check if someone else accepted the delivery

- Wait 72 hours – in rare instances, packages may show as 'delivered' up to 72 hours prior to delivery.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures that may cause a delay in delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unless listed as final sale, we accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 60 days after the date of purchase. Orders placed from November 1 to December 31 have up to 90 days to return or exchange. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing. Note: All artwork must be returned in its original packaging.

When will my exchange order ship?

After submitting your exchange online, you will be emailed a pre-paid return label with instructions on sending back the items you no longer wish to keep.

Once you drop off your return shipment and USPS marks the item as picked up, your new item(s) will ship

What if I don't use your prepaid shipping label?

If you choose not to use our pre-paid return label to ship back your merchandise, please include your name, order number and preferred refund method (original form of payment or store credit) and send back to:
